I'm Priya Bhagavathi, and I hold a postgraduate degree in chemistry, along with an M.Phil. and B.Ed. Education has always been a cornerstone of my life. with three years of teaching experience in schools, I've had the privilege of instructing students from middle school science to higher secondary chemistry. However, beyond science, my passion lies in nurturing young minds in mathematics, especially at an early age.
Mathematics isn't just a subject; it's a skill. Research shows that students who excel in prestigious competitive exams often have a solid foundation in math from an early stage. I firmly believe in empowering children to master these skills early on, setting them on a path to success.
My journey also led me to teach at international schools, where I discovered a profound calling to not just teach, but to inspire and mentor young minds. This realization fuelled my ambition to reach and impact even more students, leading me to establish Jmath Academy—an online tutoring platform dedicated to excellence in mathematics education.

Hi mam, this year's Tamil class was good for both my children as Tamil mam (SournaLatha) was patient enough to clear all the children's doubts and they have both benefited a lot from these classes. It enabled to address their gap in learning levels vs school syllabus. They were able to face term exams confidently. Their skill level has improved greatly due to this 1 - 1 sessions. Classes were flexible to fit into changing school schedules.
